Properties for sale can be found throughout Grenada but the primer
established residential areas are found in the South and South East of the
island, that are Lance aux Epines, True Blue, Ft. Jeudy, Westerhall Pt.
There are other developments springing up along the East Coast that are
breathtaking, and worth while checking out, or even some of the Historical
areas of the island in the North that are significantly beautiful.

Grenada and the Caribbean are experiencing a new condominium/Luxury home
trend market. That high demand market is for moderate to high price homes in
a luxury setting with conveniences of health clubs, restaurants, shops etc
provided in that one area (see Luxury Home Developments). Some of these
homes tend to be semi-tenanted in the year and managed by the
developers/selected Management Companies in the home owners absence.
Contrary, there is a high proportion selected market seeking land in which
clients prefer to build their dream properties. Land prices for economy,
Prime and Waterfront Properties can range from approximately US$ 4 to US$20
and more. Building cost can be estimated at approximately US$100 – US$150
per sq.ft.

Aliens-License information.The property transfer tax is usually 5% of the selling price which is paid by the vendor providing that he/she is a Grenadian Citizen. If the Vendor is a foreigner, the transfer tax is 15%.
