For persons that are residing abroad with property in Grenada, or who simply do not have the time to invest in the personal care of their property whilst on the island and need their property completely cared for, Island Reality is at their service.
Island Reality will ensure that:

The Property is maintained (internal/external)
Tenant Problems (property related) are relayed and addressed promptly.
Rent is collected and forwarded to individual or bank account.
Utilities and other bills are paid on time.
Proper inventory record and control.
Accurate accounting of property records.
Regular updates are sent to the owner.
