Prices are dependent on the time of year- summer versus winter. Winter rates are usually higher and run from November through April, whilst summer rates are the opposite and run from April to November. The Villas featured on our website are well known and consequently, they tend to be booked well in advance. Therefore, if you are interested in any featured here, it is best to enquire as soon as possible to ensure that you are not dissapointed.

Our prices are usually quoted in Eastern Caribbean Dollars (EC) with the exception of prime residential areas that may be quoted in US Currency (US). Rentals may be short or long term.
